Welcome to GeoIdentity. By accessing or using our website, services, and API tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before generating or utilizing any synthetic test identities.
1. Intended Purpose & Ethical Use
GeoIdentity provides synthetic personas, random names, and geocoded public street addresses exclusively for software development, quality assurance (QA) testing, database seeding, UI/UX design, academic research, and personal privacy preservation.
You strictly agree that you shall NOT use data generated by GeoIdentity for:
- Any form of financial fraud, identity theft, credit card deception, or unauthorized billing.
- Filing deceptive government documents, tax forms, or legal applications.
- Harassment, impersonation, or illegal activities violating local, national, or international laws.
- Attempting to bypass Know-Your-Customer (KYC) or Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) verification systems.
2. Synthetic Persona Disclaimer
All personal identities generated (including first names, last names, synthetic credit card numbers, email addresses, and identification numbers) are mathematically simulated dummy personas. Any resemblance to real persons, living or deceased, is purely coincidental. Credit card numbers follow Luhn validation formats for developer UI testing only and possess zero financial validity or purchasing capability.
3. Public Geographic Data
Street names, postal codes, and city locations are derived from open public geographic databases (including OpenStreetMap contributors and public domain regional census conventions). No private residential data is harvested or exposed.
4. Limitation of Liability
GeoIdentity and its operators shall not be held liable for any damages, legal actions, or losses arising from the misuse or unlawful application of data obtained from this service. All tools are provided on an 'AS-IS' and 'AS-AVAILABLE' basis without warranty of any kind.
5. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the service or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
