Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 2026 | Last Updated: October 2026
Please read these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "Terms of Use") carefully before accessing or utilizing the digital platform, tools, APIs, software documentation, and synthetic data services provided by GeoIdentity, accessible at https://www.fakename.soulhealth.site (hereinafter referred to as "the Service", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By navigating, browsing, downloading, integrating, or otherwise interacting with the Service, you signify your full legal consent to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree unconditionally to all stipulations set forth herein, you must immediately terminate access to the Service.
1. Binding Agreement and Capacity to Contract
These Terms constitute a legally enforceable digital contract between you (either as an individual consumer or as an authorized representative of a business entity) and GeoIdentity. By utilizing this platform, you represent and warrant that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (at least eighteen (18) years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent), possess the full legal authority to enter into binding agreements, and are not barred from receiving digital services under the laws of the United States, the European Union, or your local jurisdiction.
2. Purpose and Scope of Synthetic Data Services
GeoIdentity is an specialized developer utility engineered strictly to generate synthetic dummy datasets for non-production environments. The primary authorized applications of our services include:
- Software quality assurance (QA) validation, integration testing, and automated test suite execution (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Database schema benchmarking, load testing, horizontal scaling stress tests, and mock database seeding.
- UI/UX wireframing, layout prototyping, e-commerce checkout form validation, and software demonstration sandbox environments.
- Academic instruction in computer science, database normalization, cryptographic hashing, and data security algorithms.
All persona names, street addresses, postal codes, telephone numbers, financial card mock tokens, and digital credentials generated on this platform are completely fictional, procedurally generated constructs. They are not intended for use in real-world commercial transactions, official government registrations, or binding consumer contracts.
3. Strictly Prohibited Uses and Unlawful Activities
Your access to the Service is contingent upon your strict adherence to lawful, ethical conduct. You expressly agree that you shall NOT, under any circumstances, utilize the Service or any synthetic data derived therefrom for any of the following unauthorized or unlawful purposes:
- Fraud, Deception, and Identity Theft: Impersonating any real natural person, living or dead, or establishing deceptive accounts, fraudulent merchant profiles, or unauthorized bank relationships.
- Financial Fraud and Payment Bypassing: Attempting to submit generated mock credit card numbers, CVV codes, or fake billing profiles to real-world payment gateways (such as Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, or merchant acquirers) with the intent of obtaining goods, services, digital subscriptions, or unauthorized financial gain. All credit card tokens provided by our system are mathematically generated test algorithms (utilizing the Luhn MOD-10 formula) carrying zero monetary balance and zero banking credit facility.
- KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Evasion: Submitting synthetic identities, counterfeit proof-of-address documents, or fabricated profiles to bypass Know-Your-Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), anti-money laundering (AML), or international sanctions screening protocols.
- Spam, Phishing, and Harassment: Using generated data to construct bulk unsolicited commercial electronic mail (spam), phishing scams, telemarketing robocalls, or harassment campaigns.
- Infrastructure Disruption and Denial of Service: Launching automated scripts, scrapers, volumetric spiders, or Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) vectors intended to overwhelm, degrade, crash, or bypass rate-limiting safeguards on our server infrastructure.
- Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, reverse-engineering, disassembling, or attempting to discover the proprietary source algorithms, database keys, or security mechanisms of the Service.
Any violation of the restrictions stipulated above shall result in immediate termination of access, permanent IP blocking, and, where appropriate, criminal referral and civil litigation under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and international cybercrime legislation.
4. Intellectual Property Rights and Limited License
All proprietary software code, web designs, user interfaces, branding assets, logos, visual style sheets, API documentation, technical articles, and instructional manuals published on GeoIdentity are the exclusive property of GeoIdentity or its licensors, protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
- Limited License to You: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free limited license to access our web tools and generate synthetic test datasets for your internal software development, testing, and educational purposes.
- Public Domain Status of Procedural Outputs: Procedurally generated synthetic datasets consisting of random names, public zip codes, and algorithmic card tokens generated through the platform may be freely utilized within your testing suites, code repositories, and software mockups without copyright royalty obligations.
- Restrictions on Platform Duplication: You may not duplicate, mirror, resell, white-label, or redistribute the proprietary web interface, branding, or software codebase of GeoIdentity without prior written authorization from our corporate management.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ALL SOFTWARE TOOLS, TECHNICAL ARTICLES, GEOGRAPHIC DATASETS, AND SYNTHETIC OUTPUTS, IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS PROHIBITED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00 USD) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GeoIdentity, its corporate officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and legal agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or utilization of the Service; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, privacy, or contractual right; or (d) any unlawful or unauthorized activity conducted through your digital systems or network accounts.

These Terms, their interpretation, and any dispute or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Service shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of United States, without regard to conflict of law principles or the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located within the jurisdiction of San Francisco, CA 94104, United States, and you hereby irrevocably submit to the personal and subject-matter jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. No waiver by GeoIdentity of any breach or default under these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach.
